Guidelines

Exhibitors:
The seventh annual South Central Minnesota Pride Festival will take place Saturday, September 13, 2008. The festival will again be held at Sibley Park in Mankato.
The exhibitor fee provides a 10' x 10' area, one 8' table, and two chairs. Tents are not provided, but South Central Minnesota Pride recommends contacting Mankato Tent and Awning, a festival sponsor, for any tent needs (507) 625-5115.
Exhibitor Rates:
Form and payment received prior to August 22, 2008 will receive a $10 discount.

For-profit organization	$35	$45

Exhibitor and Parade Guidelines:

SCMN Pride Festival and Parade will be held rain or shine.
Exhibitor tables are to be set up by 12:00 pm and taken down no earlier than 5:00 pm.
No paid raffle or drawings by exhibitors.
Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own items at all times.
Exhibitors are responsible for all applicable taxes on sales.
Food and beverage may not be distributed or sold without prior approval, other than free water or candy.
SCMN Pride accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items, injuries, or damages.
SCMN Pride reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or remove an exhibit table or parade unit/participant.
